Thank you for visiting and shopping at Healthwest. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders will not be processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can a common occurrence.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Third Party International Shipping Policy


We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are shipped with Free Shipping to third-party handlers such as freight forwarders, hotels, offices, and airports.


Our previous experiences have shown that issues can arise when dealing with these third-party handlers and freight forwarders. These issues include items not being delivered, being sent to the wrong recipients, missing or damaged products during international transit (in cases where Australia Post returns all damaged parcels back to our warehouse instead of delivering them), some packages signed for by Australia Post but marked as missing by third party handlers.


We understand that incidents may occur due to human error or system failures beyond our control, particularly when third-party handlers are involved in product delivery after Australia Post has completed its delivery.


Consequently, we have incurred losses in terms of time and money due to refunds and mishandled shipments by these third-party handlers and freight forwarding companies.

Damages

Healthwest is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
